Beating Job Burnout

We all know that the veterinary industry is a stressful one!  There are good days and there are bad days.

What happens though when the bad days start to mount up & you start suffering from job burnout?  Obviously you need to examine the reasons why you are feeling this way but there are some general techniques you could use to improve your outlook & reduce stress:

  • Make time for yourself at home;
  • If you're bored then challenge yourself;
  • Create new opportunites for advancement (Check out the new UNE Partnership course!)
  • Create a new vision statement for your life.
