Vetanswers is giving away one copy of:

'The Ten Principles Behind Great Customer Experiences'

by Matt Watkinson.

You can never have too much information or too many great new ideas to improve client service in your veterinary business.

This book comes highly recommended by Ingrid Cliff from 'Heart Harmony Communications' in her recent blog post Top Leadership Books of 2014"This is one of the best books that I have read that simply and clearly gives guidance on ways every business can enhance their customer experience process.  It is a well researched, brilliantly written and easy to action."

If you think you could always learn more about improving the service that your business offers to clients then this book has some great ideas.

PS Also because if I had read the title properly I would know that great customer service begins with creating a great customer experience....imagine what I'm going to learn from the rest of the book!

Hi Judy, I desperately need the book as we have had some impressive customer service fails this year (despite my best attempts). I don't know whether it is a situation of you can't please everyone all of the time, but we know we have failed some (only a couple) clients with respect to customer service. As we aim for exceptional extraordinary unusual, we want to be remembered in a good way not bad. Thank You - I hope I am randomly selected!
