Vetanswers member Lisa pointed me in the direction of this TEDx video a week or so ago and it has some amazing content.
The content that really stood out for me was....
People will be successful if they believe in what they’re doing
WHY?
Because people don’t buy what you do ....they buy why you do it.
But... before you can expect your clients to understand exactly why you do what you do, you need to understand it yourself.

What did you think?
Tell me in the comments section below... why do you do what you do?

Start with Why has been the foundation for working with leadership teams in my practices for the past 2 years. Being able to articulate your "why" not only shapes your business, but inspires your team and builds a solid foundation for positive workplace culture. Be sure to check out his latest book, Leaders Eat Last. It's quickly becoming a favorite among many of the practice owners and managers I work with. You can also see his 45 minute presentation on YouTube, also titled Leaders Eat Last.
