We get you!
We are absolute experts at helping veterinary professionals understand their internal experiences, develop effective coping skills, and build sustainable wellbeing strategies that fit the realities of veterinary life.
We specialise in turning everyday stress, perfectionism, and emotional overload into opportunities for clarity, resilience, and meaningful action.
Did you know we offer employers a veterinary specific Employee Assistance Program (EAP)?
The one thing that makes us different from our competitors is that we are veterinarians and qualified counsellors.
We offer a veterinary-specific service grounded in both clinical insight and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). We speak the language of the profession, understand its pressures firsthand, and integrate evidence-based psychological strategies in a way that feels relevant, practical, and deeply validating for vets, nurses, and practice leaders.
We can make your life easier by providing tools and support that help you navigate stress, regulate difficult emotions, and reconnect with what truly matters – so you can feel more grounded, balanced, and fulfilled both in and out of the clinic. We help you build skills you can use every day, in all domains of your life.
We also provide a unique professional pet grief and loss counselling service to the wider community – we welcome referrals from veterinary clinics to help reduce the emotional load on their team.
