On the 10th of October, to coincide with the Vet Nurse/Tech awareness week, Vepa will be launching our Vepa Expert Program.
Vepa already takes pride in the training that empowers people with the skills and knowledge required to operate our diagnostic equipment. But now we’re going one step further and recognising the successful trainees with tangible benefits for both them and their employers.
From October 10th, Vepa Expert Certification will be awarded to every veterinary nurse and tech who pass their Skyla Solution analyser training. And they’ll receive much more than a framed certificate.
Furthermore, while the certified expert is with the practice, Vepa will subsidise the cost of Quality Control kits, by a massive 50%.
Certification, the extended warranty, and the QC subsidy will be attached to the PERSON, not the equipment. Therefore, if you employ a nurse or a tech with the certificate, your business will instantly gain the benefits, for as long as they are on the team.
And yes, even if your analyser’s warranty has expired, employing the expert will grant you a fresh two-year warranty.
The Skyla Solution is just the first analyser for which people can gain certification, more of our diagnostic suite will soon follow.
And these are not just any extended warranties – they’re Vepa warranties, and we do things a little differently. With us, you’re covered for every scenario, because the word loophole is not in our vocabulary. So, where another company might turn down your claim due to operator error, mistreatment, wear and tear, or any other excuse… we won’t. We’ll look after you – every time.
Even better, we’ll also keep track of the vet nurses who complete our training so you don’t have to add another thing to your list of ‘Things I must remember’.
So, here’s a phone conversation that might soon be heard in an Australian Vet Practice…
“Vepalabs, Emily speaking.”
“Hi, we’ve just dropped our six-thousand-dollar EPOC analyser and need a quote for getting it replaced.”
“Ouch. Ok, let me just check…” (a pause while Emily bashes things into her keyboard) “Thanks for waiting. Our records show that you have Jane Smith on your team. Is that right?”
“Yes, Jane’s one of our nurses.”
“Well, she’s also an EPOC certified Vepa expert. So, because she’s there, you have a Vepa extended warranty on that EPOC. A replacement will be on its way to you today.”
“Great, but how much will that cost?”
“Nothing.”
“Wow, that’s amazing. Thank you!”
“No need to thank me. Thank Jane, and whoever hired her.”
Etc..
More features will be added to the program as we progress, but every single aspect will be based on the people, not the products.
In the meantime, let’s look forward to recognising the awesome Aussie vet nurses and vet techs in our midst.
