Janelle from Astute Veterinary Solutions is a magic worker!! We started working with Janelle in early 2019 as we have Vetlink Software program and to be honest we were not getting the most out of it. I had been doing work with Janelle through Virtual Recall setting up the reminder systems and due to us not knowing half of what we should, we started working with Janelle to set up our product and billing system. Janelle worked tirelessly after hours to correct and add in our products so that we are getting the most of it. I now know how to add in products correctly to be able to do stock take on the computer rather than walking around and doing it manually.
