K9 SWiM Hydrotherapy Centre is a modern, purposely built complex specifically designed for dogs for Rehabilitation, Fitness and Fun. It is the only one of its kind in Australia.

The Hydrotherapy Centre houses an indoor heated pool, an underwater treadmill, a jet spa, a retail shop and consultation rooms. We also have a training room for seminars and workshops.

Our Services

We offer pre/post-surgery rehabilitation packages, along with weight loss, senior and conditioning programs.

We treat many conditions, such as:

  • spinal, hip/elbow dysplasia,
  • cruciate ligament injuries and repairs,
  • degenerative myelopathy,
  • luxating patella and
  • osteoarthritis.

Hydrotherapy is a wonderful therapeutic modality for facilitating recovery and regaining better ROM and optimal health. It can improve proprioception and balance whilst aiding in the development of muscle tone, strength, and stability.

A huge thank you to Sharon and the team for the care and love they provide my fur babies Rusty and Charlie each Saturday! My boys are senior doggies and have both benefited immensely from the hydrotherapy sessions. Rusty had TPLO surgery in 2018 and has been attending K9 Swim regularly ever since! The hydrotherapy sessions have helped maintain muscle tone and also helped alleviate symptoms of arthritis. I cannot thank them enough or recommend them highly enough!

8 weeks ago, my spoodle Indy ruptured 3 discs in her back. A freak accident in the backyard. She was paralysed from the waist down. Emergency surgery at SASH then 6 weeks of hydrotherapy at K9 Swim with Sharon and the team. The most caring beautiful people. From the moment I spoke to Sharon I knew Indy was in great hands. 6 weeks of treatment Indy is walking again and getting stronger every day.
