Why we started Fetch

We’re a team of vets, vet nurses, techies and insurance pros (and pet parents!) who’ve spent years in vet clinics and leading pet insurers, caring for over 1 million pets.

We want every pet to have access to the best vet care with great cover! We’ve built our own platform, product and app to make insurance super easy for you and your clients. We launched in 2023 and have already become the highest-rated pet insurance on Product Review with a 4.9 Star rating.

We’ve created a super simple, easy-to-understand PDS with great cover. We can pay you directly, so your client isn’t out of pocket. We have a vet portal where you can easily upload claims and histories. We’re rolling out integrations with vet PMS systems.

We take care of everything from getting cover setup and paying claims to chatting to you about all things pets under our Australian Financial Services License. The insurance is underwritten by Pacific International, which has around 20 years of experience in Australia.

We’re backed by Aussie and international investors, including Airtree, vets, insurance CEOs, pet retailers, brand and marketing experts, start-up founders, and tech leaders.
