We work with individuals and teams to improve resilience and fulfilment (but not in the cliche, unrealistic way we’ve all heard before, like getting more sleep and never taking work home with you). And we work with leaders to improve their skills, culture and systems to ensure the team’s resilience is spent only on the important things that we can’t avoid in our profession.
Covering both aspects ensures we can create a sustainable, engaged, fulfilled veterinary profession from the ground up and bottom down.
As a veterinarian, a leader of major organisations, and a mum, I understand what it’s really like out there. I know how hard it is to juggle the demands of the profession, to try to make things better for others, and to be committed to improving yourself and your clinic, only to be met with resistance and frustration.
We pride ourselves on building bespoke solutions that are fully invested in the success of you and your business, rather than tick-box hands-off profit-driven offerings.
Unleashed Coaching and Consulting is led by Dr Jessica Moore-Jones, who hasn’t just been a vet for 15 years, but has led large and small vet clinics and animal shelters, designed and implemented restructures and rebuilt broken teams, and is head-hunted specifically for her experience in transforming the culture, resilience and emotional intelligence of the teams she leads.
At Unleashed, we’re not academics, though we have the qualifications in business, positive psychology, human behaviour, training, and, of course, veterinary surgery to provide the all-round support you need. We’re not psychologists; we speak vet, we share stories and experiences of what it’s really like in the trenches, and vets are willing to listen to vets.

Our popular workshops for veterinary teams and leaders can be delivered as standalone sessions or work best as a programme of sessions that build upon one another over time to create sustainable and meaningful progress.
All our sessions can be tailored and adapted to be specific for your clinic and your challenges, with focus areas, key concepts, activities and examples can be created bespoke in collaboration with you.

We offer four different levels of support depending on your needs and stage of transformation and will work with you to create the exact bespoke programme that will provide the most growth for you and your team.
3. Leadership Development
In-house or public training is available and we offer something completely different to other leadership programmes. This IS the programme that will finally give you the practical, actionable, guided steps to transform your veterinary leadership into emotionally intelligent, communication-driven leaders that people want to follow.
